Common issues and fixes. Most issues are network-side — quick checks first, then ask in the forum.
Bot won’t show up in Wi-Fi list
Hold BOOT for 5 seconds to factory-reset, then power-cycle. The setup AP (ZRSenseSetup-XXXX) should reappear within 30 seconds.
Stream is choppy or laggy
ZROne adapts JPEG quality automatically — usually clears up in a few seconds. If not, check your home Wi-Fi signal at the bot’s location.
Can’t see the bot from the cloud
Confirm the bot reached the internet (status LED solid green). If your home network blocks outbound 3478/3479, our TURN server can’t relay — try a different network.
